Multi-Practitioner Logins

Multi-Practitioner Logins allow each practitioner to have not only their own login, but also their own patient inboxes.

When your account is initially created, you will be logged into an admin login. You can add more logins for each of your practitioners by heading to Settings > Login Management + Create New Login.

Creating a New Login

Upon creating a new login, you will be prompted to enter the name and email address of the practitioner in question. There is also an option to select whether the new login will be designated admin permissions or not. Practitioner logins without admin permissions won’t have access to the following pages in the dashboard:

  • Outbound Module

  • Channels

  • Clinic Setup

  • Settings

Once the new login has been created, an email will be sent to the practitioner, prompting them to set a new password. Once this is complete, they can login and access the dashboard to view patient communications.

Accessing Practitioner Inbox

The specific login is displayed in the bottom left corner of the dashboard, along with the level of admin permissions for the login. In the dashboard tab is the inbox specific to the practitioner logged in. Any requests from patients to speak to a specific practitioner can be viewed in here and will also be sent to the email address of the practitioner.
