Generate Access Key
Firstly, you’ll need to enable the BookedSolid integration from within the coreplus dashboard. In order to do this, head to Setup > Add Ons > BookedSolid. You can then enable the integration and copy the Access Token.
Enable Practitioner Schedules
Next you’ll need to ensure that practitioner schedules are enabled for BookedSolid. To do this, head to Calendar > Create Schedule. Under Publish To, ensure that the BookedSolid box is checked. Repeat this step for each practitioner schedule.
Create account on BookedSolid
Now that your coreplus account is ready, you can head over to the BookedSolid Signup Page where you can begin entering your details. Make sure to choose coreplus when you reach the dropdown titled Which Software Do You Use?
Onboard and Provision a Number
Once you enter the platform for the first time, you’ll be prompted to follow an onboarding flow. This flow will first require you to enter the Access Token you created earlier in coreplus, as well as filling out a short form in order to provision an AI phone number.
The team will then prepare that AI number for you and notify you once it’s been deployed to your account.
