If you use Semble as your Practice Management System, then this simple guide will get you connected to our platform in no time!

Enable Online Bookings

The first step is to ensure that your online bookings are enabled in Semble, for locations, practitioners and appointment types. If you haven’t already set this up, check out Semble’s in-depth guide for enabling online bookings.

Generate API Key

In order to generate an API key, you’ll need to login to Semble and then head to Settings > API Access > New. Name your new API key and then set the access role to Manager.

You can then click save and copy the API token to your clipboard.

Create account on BookedSolid

Now that your Semble account is ready, you can head over to the BookedSolid Signup Page where you can begin entering your details. Make sure to choose Semble when you reach the dropdown titled Which Software Do You Use?

Onboard and Provision a Number

Once you enter the platform for the first time, you’ll be prompted to follow an onboarding flow. This flow will first require you to enter the API key you created earlier in Semble, as well as filling out a short form in order to provision an AI phone number.

The team will then prepare that AI number for you and notify you once it’s been deployed to your account.
